Schedule a Planning Session

Book a planning session

Forty-five minutes, free, and with no obligation on the other side of it. Most trips we plan start here.

What happens on the call

Mostly we listen. Who’s coming, what the trip is actually for, and what would make it a success for the people in your group who are hardest to please.

We’ll ask about timing, about budget as a range rather than a number, and about the constraints people don’t usually volunteer — the knee, the toddler, the cousin who can’t fly on a Sunday.

There’s no presentation and nothing to sit through. If it’s clear we’re not the right fit for what you’re planning, we’ll say so on this call rather than after a proposal.

What you don’t need first

A destination. A final headcount. Agreement from everyone in the group. Dates you’re certain about.

People often wait to get in touch until they have all four, which usually means waiting until it’s late. A rough idea and a rough month is plenty — and an early conversation is often what turns a vague plan into one people commit to.

What you’ll leave with

An honest read on whether your dates and budget reach the trip you’re picturing. A sense of where it could go if you’re undecided. And a clear next step, whether that’s us building you two options or simply a note about when to come back.

Nobody will follow up with pressure. If the trip is a year away, we’d rather you enjoy the year.

Rather not talk yet?

Send us a few lines instead and we’ll reply within one business day. Plenty of people start that way.
